Grant: The permit is granted for a period equal to the employment contract, with a maximum of 3 years. If the contract is for a shorter period, an additional period of up to 3 months may be added, but in no case will the authorization exceed 3 years.

Post-grant procedures: Once your visa has been authorized, you must personally apply for the TIE (Foreigner Identity Card) at the Immigration Office or Police Station in the province where you applied for the authorization. This procedure must be completed within one month of receiving notification of the grant.
