Once these purposes have been completed, the data will be deleted using pseudonymization techniques, irreversible anonymization, or secure destruction, unless they must be kept blocked for the legally established periods to address potential legal, contractual, or tax liabilities.

Communication and Transfer of Data
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation or when such transfer is necessary for the execution of the professional assignment, in which case it will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 28 et seq. of the GDPR, ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data at all times by signing the corresponding data processing contracts, where appropriate.
